This page explains what personal data I collect, why I collect it, and what rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

I’m Kacper Nadolski. I run nadol.studio as a sole trader in Poland, and I’m the controller of your personal data. Email: hello@nadol.studio.

2. What I collect

Only what you give me, plus basic site usage data:

  • Quote and contact forms: name, email, website, project details.

  • Call bookings: name, email, booking notes.

  • Page Verdict orders: name, email, page URL, payment details. Stripe handles payments, so I never see your card number.

  • Newsletter: email address.

  • Emails and messages: what you write to me.

  • Site usage: pages visited, device and browser data, only after you accept cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

3. Why I use it

I use your data to:

  • Reply to your inquiry, quote or call request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • Deliver your project or Page Verdict and take payment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • Keep invoices and accounting records, as Polish law requires (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

  • Send the newsletter, with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

  • Follow up on open conversations and protect my legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Measure and improve this site, with your cookie consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

AI tools help me draft replies, quotes and call notes. I check everything myself. No decision with legal or similar effects on you is made automatically.

4. Who I share it with

I never sell your data. These services help me run the studio and get only what they need:

  • Framer (website and forms)

  • Google (email, documents, Analytics, Tag Manager)

  • Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, after consent)

  • Meta (ad measurement, after consent)

  • Cal.com (call booking)

  • Stripe (payments)

  • Kit (newsletter)

  • Notion (client records)

  • Loom (video audits)

  • inFakt (invoicing)

  • Public authorities, when the law requires it

Some of these services are based in the US. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long I keep it

I keep your data only as long as I need it:

  • Inquiries that don’t become a project: up to 2 years after our last contact.

  • Client projects: up to 3 years after the project ends.

  • Invoices and accounting: 5 years after the end of the tax year (Polish law).

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

  • Cookies: see the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct, delete or export your data, limit how I use it, or object to its use. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Email hello@nadol.studio. I reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

7. Do you have to share your data?

No. Without it, I can’t reply, quote or deliver the work.

8. Changes

When my tools or the law change, I update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
